Young Adult Cancer Canada is focused on inspiring, informing and supporting young adults, ages 15-39, dealing with cancer. Retreat Yourself is designed to teach coping skills, provide practical information and most importantly build a community of survivors. Everything from fertility and relationships, to loss of dreams/redirection is discussed among survivors, supporters and health professionals.

They also host a Survivor Conference, which is is designed to help survivors make "the rest of their life, the best of their life"! Everything from fertility and relationships, to loss of dreams/redirection and how to get back on track was discussed among survivors, supporters and health professionals.
