The Lance Armstrong Foundation (LAF) is pleased to announce the development of the LAF Survivorship Fellows Program.
The Fellows Program is a year-long program for recent graduates who are cancer survivors or individuals who are extremely interested in pursuing a career in a cancer-related field. The program is an opportunity for up to two individuals per year to become involved in the cancer community. Fellows learn about cancer survivorship and become involved in the LAF programs. Each Fellow works in the survivorship department to help improve current efforts and to develop new initiatives in the foundation's four programmatic areas: survivorship education and resources, public health programs, national advocacy, and scientific and clinical research grants. Projects vary according to each Fellow's educational background and interests.
