I used to complain

Chemo and radiation

Make me love laughter

Not a legal adult

Not too young to get cancer

Too much life. Let's smile

Had seminoma

And yet I still joke and laugh

I must be half nuts

by Chris S.

Cancer bomb drops. We

pick ourselves up, laugh, salute.

Middle fingers up.

by Shanti P.

It’s like a sad song

No one understands the words

but those who sing it

Here we sing as one

Let all our voices be heard

Unique and yet same

Our community,

a brotherhood of the strong

Unbreakable souls

I found my solace

in the midst of my sadness

A calm place to rest

by Jennifer S.
